Aroma Potions, based in Diamond Bar, California. Your trust matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect through aromapotions.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• When you join the waitlist: your email address, and your first name if you choose to share it.

• When you contact us: your name, email address and whatever you include in your message.

• If you ordered from us in the past: your name, contact details, your address if we delivered or shipped your order, and what you ordered. Payments were made by cash or Zelle, so we have never collected card numbers.

• When you visit the site: our website platform, Wix, automatically records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, using cookies that keep the site working and give us simple visitor statistics.

How we use it

To send our monthly letter and waitlist news, including first access when the shop reopens; to answer your messages; to support past orders and keep the business records the law requires; and to keep the site running and secure.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run Aroma Potions, and only for that purpose:

• Wix, which hosts our website, forms and contact list, and the email service we use to send our letters

• shipping carriers, if your order was shipped

• authorities, if the law requires it

Tracking across other websites

We don't allow advertising networks or other parties to collect information about your activity across other websites through our site. Our site doesn't currently respond to browsers' Do Not Track signals.

Your choices

• Every letter has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave the list anytime.

• To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email info@aromapotions.com and we'll take care of it promptly.

How long we keep it

Waitlist emails stay on our list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Keeping it safe

Our site uses secure, encrypted connections, and only the people who need your information to serve you can see it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share.

Children

Our site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we'll also let waitlist members know by email.
